Squad-leader command system for deploying and dismissing a faction-matched AI fireteam.

A standalone command-wheel capability for squad leaders. Deploy a four-operator AI fireteam matched to the squad faction, attach it as a subordinate group, and dismiss it when the task is complete. Do not load alongside Uplink, QRF, or another fireteam spawner.
