Named AI roster slots retain faction progression beyond the lifetime of an individual body.
Persistent Bots gives station command a named military AI roster with progression recorded through Uplink. When the feature is enabled, available named slots can be assigned to AI personnel and their roster progress reported to BattleCorp.
The persistent identity belongs to the roster slot: a name and its XP can continue even when an individual in-game body is lost. This creates continuity for the station's AI personnel without implying that every entity or position survives a restart.
Command can configure roster templates with names, skill and optional faction or loadout settings. An empty template selection uses the network's action-character roster.
Persistent Bots is enabled by station policy. Named fireteam personnel can use available roster slots, bringing that continuity into AI reinforcement development.
